•    Good understanding of LVIA and a clear comprehension of EIA and planning policy
•    Confident communicator with great presentation and organisation skills
•    Calm under pressure, deadline savvy and ready to take initiative
•    Full UK driving licence – and happy to travel when needed

Beneficial skills:

•    Experience in report production and graphical site analysis
•    Experience with fieldwork and viewpoint photography for LVIA is preferable
•    Proficiency in GIS software (ArcView/ArcGIS) and Adobe suite is ideal

What’s in it for you?

•    Work on high-profile, exciting projects across the UK and internationally
•    Enjoy a competitive salary with a strong package of benefits
•    Fast-track your career with a clear path for development and progression
•    Flexible working to support a healthy work-life balance
•    Hybrid setup – currently 2 days from home, 3 days in our vibrant studio
•    HSF Healthcare cashback scheme + Employee Assistance Programme
•    Perkbox membership with access to wellness perks and discounts
•    Full support for your professional growth – including paid professional memberships and P2C
•    Be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your voice is heard.

We are serious about developing your career. Whether you’re working towards your P2C or looking to take the next step, you’ll get hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, guided by expert mentors who know how to get you where you want to go.
