Grant Associates has closed the year with seven major wins across its studios in Singapore and the UK — three award ceremonies unfolding on the same night, across three time zones.

On the same evening, the UK studio received a Landscape Institute Award for its work on Appleby Blue Almshouses in London.

The awarded projects underline the studio’s ongoing focus: coastal restoration and urban waterfront living, biodiverse hotel landscapes, transit-linked workplace campuses, and ecological recovery on degraded land. Appleby Blue, a garden-centred almshouse development earlier this year also won the 2025 RIBA Stirling Prize.
